These energy centers within our Pranamaya Kosha have their influences within and outside our bodies. Based on the knowledge of these energy patterns of chakras, the Tantra Masters developed a science called “Yantra Vigyaan ” which can be called “Symbology” in modern language. These seers suggested that meditating upon the chakra replicas in the outside world could modify and correct the vibrations of inner chakras . A symbol or mandala depicts a chakra in physical reality. For example the most revered and extremely powerful Yantra in Tantric tradition is known as Sri-Yantra , which has 108 triangles in it representing all 108 marmas of human body. By using such symbols or mandalas , we can enhance, control, modify or dampen the vibration of a particular or a group of chakras in our Energy Body. This is a secret science, a part of which is given to Tattva Shakti Vigyaan practitioners to experiment and experience with during their Tattva Shuddhi regime.

Mandalas, Chakras and Energy body-

The shapes and geometry is capable of producing some mysterious effects mostly unexplainable. The pyramids of Egypt are still a wonder to most of the science community.

Many people have accepted this ancient theory of Masters from East. In fact, Carl Jung, a renowned psychologist and student of occultism recognized the powers of symbols and went to the extent of saying that the effect of symbols in our psyche was unavoidable and that its meaning is transported directly to the deepest realm of our mind without the requirement of interpretation by our logical faculty. Tantra seers had not only recognized this fact but also developed an elaborate science on symbology [1] thousands of years back and all Tattva Shakti Vigyaan practitioners can be proud of being a part of such a great lineage of the Masters.

Masters not only studied the energy patterns inside human energy body but also recommended which mandalas or replicas of inner chakras we can meditate upon to be able to enhance our inner powers and spiritual ascension. The colors of these replicas are extremely critical and chosen very carefully in their application, they warned. Same mandala or symbol in different color(s) has altogether different effect(s) on our inner energy dynamism. Under the loving guidance of Gurumandala we had the privilege of having perfected our experimentation with the power of symbols. With my own experience, I can say that the Symbols and Mandalas are extremely powerful and it is certainly the handiest tool a modern day’s success seeker can have. Every Tantra practitioner is presented with few powerful symbols and mandalas just in the beginning of his/her practices. It is difficult to believe how quickly these Mandalas start changing our life. Almost magical!

The science of symbology or Yantra is an integral part of Tantra . Tattva Shakti Vigyaan uses quite a considerable portion of this knowledge. The mandalas help us activate and attune Energy-Body chakras . But any spiritual ascension methodology is of little use if we ignore the fact that these chakras or energy hubs within our body don’t exist in isolation.
